SDS Compliance In Malaysia

Malaysia SDS requires bilingual format in both Malay and English in compliance with CLASS Regulations 2013 (Classification, Labelling and Safety Data Sheet of Hazardous Chemicals Regulations 2013). The latest revised CLASS Regulations 2013 are aligned to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals. Several APAC countries have their own MSDS requirements. For example, JIS 27250 in Japan, GB 16483-2000 in China and for Singapore, it's GHS SS 586-3 2008 standard. MSDS regulations in many countries are gradually evolving in order to achieve effective globalisation of standards. Hence, when we translate chemical products to multiple languages, our SDS / MSDS translators will strive to meet the standards of your target submission countries.
